In the world of banking and finance, relationship management is of paramount importance. Recognizing this, BBVA Compass’ Global Wealth and Commercial Divisions retained Marc Friedland to bring new levels of social grace to their corporate communications.
Marc’s work has provided the bank’s relationship managers with a new generation of tools extending from high-impact engagement and onboarding kits to e-cards and simple thank you's to colleagues and clients alike. Marc Friedland extended the approach to company events that serve as client cultivation tools. In the role as company ambassador, we connected the bank to key sponsorship opportunities with other Marc Friedland clients, allowing them to showcase their corporate responsibility as they established themselves in new geographies. BBVA employees sent over 32,000 e-cards in the weeks following their launch, after which, customer satisfaction increased by nearly 30%.
