Lana is an artist. Sebastian is a standup comedian and rising movie star. When this spirited couple decided to marry, they wanted their wedding at a Napa estate to be a unique celebration of who they were and how they got there. In response, Marc Friedland concocted The Art of Love: three kinds of art to make each day of the three-day event uniquely memorable. For the rehearsal, Surrealism. For the ceremony itself, Romanticism. For the farewell brunch, Street Art. The wedding invitation featured a triptych of handmade ceramic hearts expressing all three. Bringing creative attention to every touchpoint, Marc enabled guests to experience discovery and delight in the details. Unified by a color palette of electric coral, white and gold, the event became a work of art in its own right—and a gift of love from a bride and groom to one another as well as to each of their guests.
